Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Retail Assistant at our store in Blackpool. The Retail Assistant will engage directly with customers to provide exceptional service, assist with sales, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, operating the checkout, maintaining inventory, and supporting promotions and merchandising to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide exceptional support and ensure satisfaction

Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Retail Sales and Sales skills to assist customers in finding and purchasing products

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required

Prior retail experience is an advantage
