Description
Are you an organised, detail-focused purchasing professional looking to join a growing and innovative business? This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a busy Supply Chain team within a successful organisation experiencing significant growth.
As a Purchasing Executive, you will support procurement activities, supplier performance, quality compliance, stock availability and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Tasks:
Managing purchase orders from placement through to delivery
Monitoring supplier performance, quality and compliance
Building strong supplier and freight partner relationships
Supporting sourcing and supplier selection
Resolving delivery, quality and documentation issues
Tracking stock levels and supporting inventory management
Coordinating inbound shipments and logistics activities
Supporting process improvements and reporting
What We're Looking For
Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or logistics
Understanding of import/export procedures and international shipping
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Confident using spreadsheets and business systems
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
