Temporary (4–6 weeks)

GBP14.00 per hour

Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (42.5 paid hours per week)

Hybrid: 1 day working from home

SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchasing Administrator to join a busy and friendly team on a 4–6 week assignment.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is confident managing purchase orders, speaking with suppliers and keeping on top of a busy workload.

The Role

Processing purchase orders accurately and efficientlyRaising and managing purchase orders (POs)Contacting suppliers to chase updates on pricing, lead times and deliveriesBuilding strong relationships with suppliers over the phone and by emailEnsuring purchasing records and systems are kept up to dateProviding general administrative support to the purchasing team About You

Has previous administration experience, ideally within purchasing or procurementIs confident speaking with suppliers over the phoneHas excellent attention to detail and can work accuratelyIs organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasksIs confident using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly
