Procurement Manager

Full–Time Strategic Leadership Opportunity

Are you a commercially minded procurement professional with a passion for delivering value, driving efficiencies, and building strong supplier relationships? We're looking for a proactive and experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of indirect procurement across a diverse and dynamic business environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands–on delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to optimise spend, strengthen governance, and support long–term business growth.

The Role:

As Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a broad portfolio of indirect spend categories, including:

Energy and utilitiesPackaging and consumablesFacilities and professional servicesIT and technologyTransport and logisticsEquipment and operational servicesKey responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing cost–effective procurement strategiesAnalysing spend data to identify savings and efficiency opportunitiesManaging supplier relationships, performance, and contract negotiationsLeading purchasing policy compliance and procurement governanceIdentifying and mitigating procurement and supply chain risksAligning procurement processes across multiple business functionsSupporting sustainability and ethical sourcing initiativesManaging land–related compliance activities and external advisor relationshipsCoordinating ESOS reporting and energy compliance requirementsCollaborating with finance, operations, and project teams to support business objectives

You:

We're keen to hear from procurement professionals who can demonstrate:

A minimum of 5 years' procurement experience, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, agriculture, or a similarly fast–paced environmentStrong commercial and negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering savingsExperience managing significant indirect spend categoriesExcellent analytical skills and confidence working with procurement dataKnowledge of procurement governance, policy management, and complianceStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsThe ability to lead projects, influence change, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline (preferred)CIPS qualification desirableStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
