Location: Market Weighton, York, YO43

Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 9 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday evenings, 6:00pm – 9:00pm

Start Date: Tuesday 21st July 2026

Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Retail Assistant to join their team in Market Weighton on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the retail environment, ensuring stock is replenished, displays are maintained to a high standard, and the store remains organised and customer-ready.

Key Duties:

Replenishing and organising stock.

Maintaining high standards of presentation across the store.

Supporting stock deliveries and merchandising activities.

Ensuring products are displayed correctly and efficiently.

Keeping the working area clean, tidy, and organised.

Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous retail experience is dessential

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. xjnqpsq

Comfortable undertaking physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and manual handling.
