Luxury Showroom Manager

Salary: Base Salary of £32,000.00-£35,000.00 plus performance bonus potential of up to £20,925 (OTE £55,925)

Location: Solihull

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, including some weekend working on rota basis

Are you passionate about luxury interiors and delivering an exceptional customer journey? A prestigious, long-established luxury interiors retailer is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their beautiful Solihull showroom. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand renowned for premium products, exquisite showrooms and outstanding client service.

About the Role

As Showroom Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring it consistently reflects the elegance and high standards associated with a luxury retail environment. You will lead and motivate a small sales team, create a warm and engaging customer experience, and guide clients through their design and purchasing journey.

You will combine commercial awareness with a natural flair for interiors, confidently advising on suitability, design, and product selection, while ensuring seamless operations from initial enquiry to aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a small showroom sales team

• Welcome clients and provide an exceptional, personalised customer experience

• Offer guidance on suitability, sizing, pricing, and interior design considerations

• Prepare quotations, process payments and manage orders from start to finish

• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care

• Maintain impeccable showroom presentation at all times

• Manage the showroom diary, client appointments, and CRM updates

• Collaborate with other showrooms and head office as required

• Ensure commercial targets are met and exceeded

Requirements

• Proven retail or showroom management experience

• Strong customer service skills and outstanding communication abilities

• Confident, warm, and engaging with clients

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Commercially minded with experience driving sales

• Background or keen interest in interiors, design, or a creative field

• Competent with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Team player willing to support all aspects of showroom operations
