Location: Horley
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £29,300 to £34,000
We are looking for a Goods In Team Member to join our clients warehouse operations team. You will ensure all inbound deliveries – supplier consignments, customer returns, and inter-warehouse transfers – are received accurately, safely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and manifests
* Book stock into WMS/ERP and maintain accurate records
* Process sales returns and manage discrepancies
* Putaway stock to the correct locations following FIFO/FEFO rules
* Conduct basic inspections for damage or non-conformance
* Maintain a safe, organised workspace and support 5S standards
Skills & Experience:
* Warehouse receiving experience (construction materials, industrial supplies, or similar)
* Attention to detail with ability to read labels, specs, and certificates
* Competent with WMS/ERP systems and handheld xjnqpsq scanners
* Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach/Combi-lift) desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of safe manual handling practices
