Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit an exceptional General Store Manager for a high–profile store in Windsor.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a retail professional who thrives in a fast–paced, high–volume and commercially driven environment. You'll lead a large team, take ownership of the store P&L and drive sales, customer experience and operational performance.

We're open to leaders from food, fashion, department stores and other high–volume retail environments. We're looking for strong leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to operate confidently at scale.

The Role

Lead and develop a large team and management structure.Own sales, profitability, productivity and key store KPIs.Drive operational standards and exceptional customer experience.Manage P&L, payroll and operational costs.Use data and trading insight to identify and deliver commercial opportunities.Build a strong performance culture and develop future leaders.Partner with senior leadership to deliver wider business objectives.

About You

You'll be an experienced General Store Manager, Store Manager or senior retail leader with a track record in a large–scale operation.

You'll bring:
