Zachary Daniels is recruiting a General Manager for a fast-paced restaurant. With a salary of up to £34,000 plus an incredible bonus scheme and benefits, we are looking for a General Manager who is passionate about delivering a world-class experience for their customers and creating a fantastic environment for their team.

As a General Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

Driving customer service standards in your site.

Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.

Training, coaching and developing your team.

Maintain company and brand standards as well as adhere to H&S guidelines.

Achieving store and company KPI's.

Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.The ideal candidate for General Manager:

Have a proven track record in a fast paced environment.

Enjoy being on the floor - No sitting in the office for you!

Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Be target driven and customer service orientated
