Description
We are a new adult shop opening in Stratford committed to providing a comfortable and educational shopping experience for adults. We specialize in a wide range of pleasure products, including vibrators and similar toys. We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Product Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, with a special focus on vibrators and anal toys. Understand the features, benefits, and safe usage of these products.
Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers. Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences, offering detailed and accurate product information.
Sales and Promotion: Drive sales by educating customers on the latest products and trends in adult pleasure. Actively engage with customers to understand their interests and recommend suitable products.
Product Demonstrations: Comfortably and professionally conduct product demonstrations (non-live) and explain the functionality and care of products, specifically vibrators and anal toys.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including stocking shelves, conducting inventory checks, and placing orders for vibrators and anal toys.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product developments and industry trends. Share knowledge with other team members.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Direct experience with adult pleasure products, particularly vibrators and anal toys, is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex products in an accessible and respectful manner.
Discretion and Sensitivity: Must be comfortable discussing adult content while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
