A Global Investment Bank is seeking a highly motivated Equity Solutions Sales Associate to join their Equity Derivatives Sales team within Global Markets. This is a front-office role focused on delivering innovative and high-value Equity Derivatives solutions to institutional clients across the UK and Switzerland, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Banks, Insurers, and Pension Funds.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong technical knowledge and a passion for equity markets to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team.

The role is based in the City of London with hybrid working available (3 days per week in the office), excellent salary range and benefits + bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Coverage

Manage and grow relationships with institutional clients across the UK and Switzerland.Deliver tailored Equity Derivatives solutions including Hedging, Delta One, QIS, and Light-Exotic Risk Recycling.Price and execute a wide range of equity derivative trades, including complex structured products.Run client roadshows, meetings, and product presentations to support business development efforts.Identify and onboard new clients in line with the commercial roadmap and internal requirements.Product Collaboration

Work closely with Equity Structuring and EQD Trading teams to exchange ideas, support product innovation, and enhance execution processes.Provide clients with well-thought-out product ideas, market insights, and bespoke solutions.Business Development & Reporting

Contribute to the continual improvement of sales processes and desk efficiency.Participate in the preparation of desk reports (market intelligence, hit ratios, internal reporting).Support ongoing initiatives across the broader Global Markets platform.

Required Experience

Experience in Equity Derivatives Sales or Structuring.Demonstrable understanding of equity derivatives pricing and products, including exoticsStrong knowledge of Equity Derivatives, pricing methodologies, and risk management concepts.Highly numerate and analytically minded.Strong communicator with client-facing experience.Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial drive.Creative problem-solver, collaborative team player.Coding skills in Python or VBA are a plus.
