The Role - Assistant Manager:
As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations. You'll support the team to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain visual excellence, and meet key sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
Drive daily retail operations and support the store leadership team
Motivate and develop the team to deliver commercial results
Ensure excellent service standards across the store
Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and stock presentation
Support compliance with company policies, processes, and audits
Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding new team members
About You:
We're looking for someone with natural leadership qualities and a real passion for retail. Ideally, you'll come from a fashion, lifestyle, or sports retail background and be comfortable stepping into a fast-paced and customer-led store environment.
You'll bring:
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in retail
A confident, customer-first approach
Strong communication and people-management skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to drive results
Enthusiasm for fashion and creating a great shopping experience
