Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Deputy General Manager on behalf of a leading hospitality brand in Exeter.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, people–focused leader to support the General Manager in driving operational excellence, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and developing a high–performing team in a fast–paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

Support and develop the management team.

Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.

Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.

Analyse performance and implement improvements.

Support recruitment, training, and people development.

Step up and lead the operation in the General Manager's absence.

About you:

You'll currently be working as a Deputy General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager within:

Restaurants

Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)

Hospitality

Food Retail

Convenience Retail
