As Deputy Garden Centre Manager, you'll support the Garden Centre Manager in the day–to–day running of the site. You'll help ensure the team is motivated, standards are high, and customers receive a great experience every time they visit.

About You

Experience in retail, ideally in a garden centre or similar environmentConfident in leading and supporting a teamStrong focus on customer serviceOrganised and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong retail awarenessFlexible with working hours, including weekendsCommercially aware with a focus on driving salesInterested?
