Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performanceDeliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floorManage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performanceProvide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customersAssist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior managementBuild relationships within the storeWhat we are Looking for:

Experience as Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused premium or luxury retail environmentA passionate and inspiring individualProven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.Experience in clientelling and a strong understanding of CRMStrong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team developmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsIf you are a passionate and results–driven retail leader, we want to hear from you!
