Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement category strategies for infrastructure and construction frameworks.Manage supplier relationships and performance across open and closed frameworks.Drive value through competitive procurement processes and contract management.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
Profile
A successful Category Manager should have:
Proven experience in category management within infrastructure or construction sectors.Strong understanding of framework agreements (open and closed).Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of public procurement regulations and best practices.Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver strategic insights.
