Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Buyer in the Aftermarket Department. Your proactive approach will help ensure timely procurement, optimal inventory levels, and strong supplier relationships.

Duties

* Assist in evaluating supplier options and conducting negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, and Supply Chain to understand procurement needs

* Utilize ERP systems like SAP to process purchase orders and track inventory levels

* Support the management of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods

* Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier communications

* Monitor logistics processes to coordinate transportation and delivery schedules effectively

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process to optimize efficiency

Requirements

* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with suppliers xjnqpsq

* Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and merchandising practices

* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

* Prior experience or familiarity with procurement or purchasing roles
