This includes leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. You'll also be actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industryStrong leadership and people management skillsExceptional customer care/service experienceResilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHold a Full UK driving license.
