Automotive Aftersales Advisor required in Welwyn Garden City

up to GBP40,000 basic salary

Monday to Friday no weekends

Our client, an expanding and progressive Automotive Independent Service Centre is now recruiting for an experienced and customer–focused Aftersales Advisor.

The business is looking to recruit someone with specific skills and ambitions to move into management in the future. You will be trained across all aspects od the department and learn from an extremely knowledgeable and diligent management team.

The department does not push unnecessary up–sales on the customer with repeat business and returning customers being the prime motivator.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and scheduling services Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering. For your hard work you will be rewarded with:
