Description

Join our Scunthorpe team as an Assistant Store Manager, where you'll lead and support a team of 9 Retail Optical Assistants in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring exceptional customer service skills, strong leadership, and a passion for colleague wellbeing. You'll be responsible for delivering 1:1s, motivating your team, and ensuring a high standard of patient care.
