What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service

Support full store operations and ensure commercial targets are met

Drive sales performance, KPIs, and customer conversion

Deliver ongoing coaching so your team shine as true brand ambassadors

Support promotional activity to boost engagement and footfall

What We're Looking For:

Experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager leading teams between 10–20+

Strong track record in sales growth and team leadership

A customer–first approach with a proactive, hands–on attitude

Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
