The role

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the store. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and maintaining high retail standards at all times.

Supporting the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations

Leading, coaching, and developing the retail team

Delivering an outstanding customer experience

Maintaining excellent visual standards and stock availability

Taking responsibility for keyholder duties and daily store performance

About you

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within a retail environment

Confident leading a team and setting high standards

Strong communication skills with a customer first mindset
