The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Area Manager with a proven background in multi–site leadership within a fast–paced retail business?

We are looking for a commercially driven retail leader to take ownership of a regional portfolio, develop high–performing teams and drive operational excellence across a successful retail business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established Area Manager who thrives in a high–volume environment, is passionate about developing people and has a strong track record of delivering commercial and operational results across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and develop a team of Store Managers across a regional portfolio.

Drive sales, profitability and commercial performance across your area.

Develop and coach Store Managers to maximise individual and team potential.

Ensure operational excellence and consistently high retail standards.

Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvement plans.

Maintain strong operational, compliance and people standards across all stores.

Work collaboratively with senior leadership to deliver regional business objectives.

Lead by example in a fast–paced, customer–focused retail environment.

About You

Multi–site leadership experience within a fast–paced retail business is essential.

We are looking for a confident and commercially focused retail leader who can demonstrate:

Previous experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or equivalent multi–site retail leadership role.

A proven track record of leading multiple stores within a fast–paced retail environment.

Strong commercial awareness and experience delivering sales and operational results.

Proven ability to lead, coach and develop Store Managers.

Excellent organisational, communication and decision–making skills.

A hands–on, adaptable and results–focused leadership style.

The ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a high–volume retail operation.

A genuine passion for people development and operational excellence.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an established multi–site retail leader who is comfortable operating at pace, managing a diverse portfolio of stores and driving accountability through your leadership teams.

You will be commercially astute, resilient and passionate about delivering results through people. Experience within a high–volume retail environment is essential.
