The Role

As an Area Retail Manager, you will:

Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers across your regionDrive sales, profit and KPI performance across multiple locationsEnsure operational excellence and brand consistencyTranslate Head Office strategy into successful in–store executionBuild high–performing teams and strong succession pipelinesAnalyse data and identify commercial growth opportunitiesLead change and influence Managers across your territory
