We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise–approved car dealership in Swindon, for the role of Vehicle Aftersales Advisor. The Vehicle Aftersales Advisor position offers an excellent opportunity to join a busy Service Department and develop your career within the automotive industry.

Greet customers in the Service Department and book vehicles for repair workLiaise extensively with the workshop to chase work in progress and update customersAdvise customers on minor technical issues and deliver a first–class serviceUp–sell additional products and services where appropriateTake payments for completed work and ensure a high level of customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records and follow warranty procedures as necessaryAssist with warranty authorisations and liaise with manufacturers as requiredRequirements of the Aftersales Advisor:

Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor is advantageous but not essentialStrong customer service background, ideally from hospitality or retail sectorsExcellent communication and organisational skillsIT proficiency; experience with Kerridge Dealer Management System is beneficial but not essentialKnowledge of automotive warranty procedures is a plusA UK driving licence with minimal points is mandatoryConfidence in building relationships and influencing customer decisionsThis role provides the opportunity for a motivated individual to excel in a supportive environment within the motor trade.
