Description
Here we have a used Rational SCC WE 101 10 Grid Electric oven complete with Stand and network port for use with Rational’s Connected Cooking system.
The unit was installed in January 2019 and is in great condition as it was regularly serviced and maintained by Forthcare.
Unit will require a 3-Phase electrical supply rated for 18.6kW, cold water feed and drainage.
Please note, while the unit is in great condition and relatively easy to install, I would recommend enlisting the services of Forthcare or any other Rational sanctioned service partner for an install and quick health check before commissioning the unit.
This sale is a complete package so please don’t ask for individual items.
Viewings welcome but as the oven is stored in a room with no 3-phase power or water supply, its sold as seen and cannot be tested.
