A very flexible trailer with serving from both the side hatch and the rear (or one or the other). The side hatch can be used for serving and the rear for collection which keeps things moving and prevents delaying ques.

The rear drop down can be used as a bar area which in effect doubles your entire working area. Or Or of course if its really windy and raining you can just serve from the side hatch with the rear completely closed up. So the trailer really ticks all the boxes and can be set up in a variety of ways depending on personal preferences.


Undercouter is open plan so you can transform to suit your own needs with space for 2/3 fridges.
