Harley Davidson NEW Big Twin Softail Big Tube Frame & Swingarm Stretched n Raked 230
Custom jig built & tig welded oversized cold drawn tube frame approx. 6 inch up in front tubes and 3 inch stretch in backbone vs a stock Evo Softail frame. Will take all Big Twin motors ie Pan/Knuckle/Shovel upto Evo – with a bit of extra fab you could fit a TC.
Selling for a friend who is now unfit to ride or build so work was never started. He states: Frame came custom built via friend and is +3 stretch, Plus 6 over, 50 degree neck, custom build wide frame to suit 230 rear complete with oil tank and cost a ball hair off £2000 with import duties/freight – and that was 5 years ago! So gawd only knows what it would cost to buy now…..
His intention was was a Sugar Bear 6 inch over springer front but standard tele forks will work just as well.

Backbone and front downtube are approx 45mm od x 3.5mm wall tube, other tubes are approx. 32mm od. Tank is custom made to fit wide frame. Rear of frame uprights are 330mm outside to outside. Space between rear swing arm internal faces is 320mm.
