Genuine Ducati Seat: S2R1000

I bought a couple of years ago so that I could continue to ride my bike while the seat was being reupholstered. It is a genuine Ducati part, as can be seen from the old label on the underside. It fits up to and including all 2008 first-generation frame style Ducati Monsters (such as the S2R or S4R/S4RS series) will fit other first-generation Ducati Monster models from roughly 2000 to 2008. This includes popular models like the Monster 620, 695, 800, 1000, and S4 variants, as they share the same base subframe and tank junction layout.
The tool compartment still has its lid, though no tool roll now. I do not have replacement bolts for attaching the seat to a bike as they are on my bike. There had been duct tape stuck on the inside at the front where the seat wraps around the back of the tank, and I haven't a solvent to remove the remaining stickiness, but I'm sure it just needs a little thinners applied. Because it is so large and awkwardly shaped, I'm afraid it's expensive to send. I have it advertised elsewhere, so this listing may end prematurely.
