2009 Renault Megane 1.6 (1598cc), approx. 87,000 miles, 159g/km, with MOT valid until September 2026, manual, 5 doors.
Known issues:
* service warning light on dash (spanner)
* leak in boot during heavy rain (likely rear light or boot seal)
* missing rear hubcap
Recent work carried out:
* new battery fitted 2025
* Headlights replaced/sorted
* Coil spring at front replaced
Good points:
* MOT until September 2026
* Starts and drives fine we have used it as our second car over the past few years but now we both work from home we no longer have a need for it
* Low mileage for its age
* Car seat friendly and boot decent size for prams (we had two prams in there!)
* Good little project for someone handy
