MOT runs out on December 17th, so I'm scrapping it the day before. Took it for MOT, failed, £800 quote. So it's up to you if you want to pay that. If you can do it yourself then it's a bargain. I suppose if you knew a garage you could get a dodgy MOT and drive it for a year too.

Low mileage for age, naturally aspirated petrol engine, so lots of life left.
Torque converter automatic, so again, lots of life left.
When I bought it last year: the previous owner spent £800 and got it a new battery, alternator and other bits.

I replaced the engine oil with premium oil, I ran quality fuel filter cleaner through it, I replaced most perishable bits: new wipers, budget tyres, new radio, new antenna, new head lights and cabin lights, seat/wheel covers, replaced broken a/c vents, got a cup holder and even bought an arm rest. I taped the fuel door because it came without one (previous owner was female), I did buy a new fuel door flap but you don't get in from the boot, you have to remove the tyre and go up, which I would struggle with.

Car starts and drives with zero issues, so can be driven away. This year: I drove it home from England and took two breaks to the borders and back, zero issues, had it at 90mph.

Sunroof works fine.

I will say it's an old hatchback, so it's tiny. Size of a fiat 500, but seats 5 (it won't seat 5 adults unless you're all 5'5 and 9 stone or less).

Airdrie/Lanarkshire area. Two keys (I had one made).
