It’s time to let ‘Shirley’ go to a new owner and just in time for the new car show season.
I’ve owned the car since 2019 when I traded in an almost identical 2.0 turbo Avantime from Sandy from Avantime Restorations.
The car has had the full ‘Sandy’ treatment and has been maintained by him during my ownership.

Just passed it MOT and been serviced by Sandy at Avantime Restorations.
Both keys present.
Loads of history, receipts etc.
New battery
New handbrake cables
Alternator replaced
New discs and pads all round
New RHF brake caliper
New LHF anti roll bar link
Crankshaft pulley replaced
Washer pump replaced

6 CD changer doesn’t work (common issue).
Door mirrors don’t fold in.
Both keys fobs require reprogramming (Sandy has the details of where to send them to get them sorted).
Heated seats don’t with (common issue).
Leather on driver’s seat is showing its age.
Scuffs, chips and marks on paintwork plus some bubbling in places (see photos).

Mechanically the car is 100% and she’s a wonderful comfortable car to drive that always attracts admiring (and sometimes puzzled) looks.

Work/parts replaced - completed December 2021 - oil filter, rear brake pads, paint, 2 x pollen filters, 4 x flexi brake hoses, 2 x rear axle bushes, 4 x subframe bushes, full set of powder coated parts, powder coated mirror brackets, copper brake pipe, brake fluid, 2 x rear shock absorbers, 2 x front shock absorbers, engine oil, gearbox oil, power steering fluid, 2 x wishbones, 2 x anti roll bar links, timing belt, alternator belt, coolant, starter motor, fuel filler cap, air bag ECU, radiator, 4 x Michelin tyres. Totalling over £4k

Private registration will be removed prior to collection.

The car had the ECU replaced which means that the mileage shown in the car (and on the last MOT), is down at 54,000 miles or so.
