1998 Renault Megane 1.6e RN Classic Liberte. Just 34,000 miles from new, one family owned for most of its life, some history present as well as all of its original dealer material, handbooks and even the original dealer tax disc holder. MOT until April 2026, however the car has only travelled a few hundred miles since then and a full MOT can be negotiated for peace of mind. The car has been enthusiast owned for the past couple of years and has attended a number of events, including Festival of the Unexceptional and Rustival where it received a lot of attention for its incredible original condition and its increasing scarcity. Indeed, this is thought to be one of just two remaining cars in this particular specification, with this one being the lowest mileage example of the two. The car is in wonderful condition both inside and out, with just the smallest age related marks to hint at its near 30 years on the road. The car also drives just as well as its condition and mileage would suggest, starting on the button and driving without any unnerving creaks or knocks. All in all, a charming little car in lovely original condition that's ready to be used either as an unusual runabout or as a modern classic.
