What a nightmare! I would strongly advise anyone to avoid City Touch Removals. The van and two-man team handled our belongings very poorly. They dropped valuable paintings onto the floor, causing damage, broke a drawer, and scratched the flooring at the property. Their lack of care and professionalism was shocking. What made the experience even worse was how slowly they worked at the beginning. For the first hour, they were moving at an incredibly slow pace, wasting time instead of getting on with the job. It felt like they were deliberately dragging things out. To make matters worse, after agreeing on a price beforehand, they suddenly demanded additional payment just 10 minutes into the job. This was completely unacceptable and felt very misleading. Then, towards the end, they did the exact opposite. They started rushing, throwing things together and hurrying to finish. Because of this, the move was not completed properly and more damage was caused. The worst part was that they refused to finish the service. Instead of bringing our belongings into the property as agreed, they dumped everything outside on the street and left. They simply ran off without completing the job. Damaged belongings, damaged property, demands for extra money, poor workmanship, and an incomplete service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Not worth the money. Avoid at all costs. Rubbish people rubbish company.

This was my third time using City Touch and will most definitely be using again in the future! They are so helpful, friendly and considerate. Not only did they help me move all my things out from my old home and into my new, they also took apart my ottoman bed and put it back together again! Thank you Shah.

Had a great service, very punctual, helped us move everything.... Took away the stress completely and most importantly didn't pressure us for time. Took great care with our items, esp delicate ones and everything delivered safely. Have passed the details onto friends.. Finally, had a great conversation during the travel which is a plus.
