Unprofessional company. Lots of damage done to our items & no invoice given even though we agreed on this prior. They also tried to add on extra charges that were not in our initial agreement. Would not recommend to anyone.

Worse removal company. They gave me a fixed quote on booking, on the day of the move, once the truck was fully loaded, they wanted £200 extra or, as per their words “we are going to unload everything and leave it here downstairs”. They have damaged the new house in multiple places while taking the items inside. I spoke to Sam about it and he said it is normal to expect the house to be damaged while taking items inside - I moved so many times in my life and no other houses ever got damaged by the removal company! Have been asking for a receipt / invoice ever since and never received it after I made it clear on the booking that I would have needed one! My suggestion, stay away and look for someone better! :)

I’ve used Tree Removal a couple of times and found the service are extremely helpful and affordable. The team are thorough, good and kind people which made the move efficient. I can't compliment the ease and coherence of their exemplary expertise and humane delivery enough. They go above and beyond to whatever level of things that need to be moved. Sam and his Removal Tree team were amazing. Fast, efficient, and I really felt heard by the driver and his mate. My concerns about moving were listened to and everything was moved very quickly and safely. Very polite, helpful, and kind movers, who I would recommend to anyone, and will be using again in the future.
