I contacted Metro man a week before my move over message and they were incredibly responsive and professional. I preferred them over other suppliers due to their price and how professional they seemed. When they came they moved things really efficiently and told me they had everything under control which was fabulous. I was truly impressed when he used ready-made plastic sheets to cover the sofas, ensuring they were fully protected from any scratches. The cherry on top was his branded van — spotless, well-presented, and clearly maintained to the highest standard, perfect for transporting high-value goods. Kashif’s timekeeping was exceptional, and his commitment to delivering outstanding service really stood out. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated. **EXCELLENT SERVICE** Kashif and his colleague were faultless throughout the entire process of moving. They were both extremely professional and as we offered to help them, they ensured our safety was considered at all times. The service was excellent value for money - it was clear that these guys had a wealth of experience. We moved during a storm and they were well prepared, ensuring electrical items, mattresses etc were properly protected with covering and all with smiles and jokes along the way to keep spirits up. They were meticulous in making sure nothing got damaged during the process. They made what was originally a very stressful homemove before they arrived into a stress-free homemove since they arrived. I could go on and on about how well these guys did! Highly recommended.
