✔️ FIXED RATE — Ideal for moving a few items. This is a guaranteed price, but it stays accurate only if your list of items is 100% complete. Whether you are moving just a few things or an entire house, if you know exactly what needs to be moved and won't add even one extra box on the day, this is for you. The price remains the same regardless of traffic or roadworks.

✔️ COMBINED RATE — The most transparent option, ideal for long-distance moves. You get a Fixed Transport Fee (protected from traffic) + Hourly Loading/Unloading. With this option, you don't need to provide a 100% precise list or worry about forgetting to mention an extra box. Just tell us the number of bedrooms, and we will provide an estimated time based on our experience.

👍 Our friendly drivers are happy to assist with loading and unloading your belongings at no extra cost. Should your move require more hands, we can provide professional helpers from only £15/hr per person to make the process even smoother.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

✅ PARKING – Any parking costs incurred during the service are to be covered by the client.

✅ TOLL ROADS – If the journey involves the use of toll roads, or if the move takes place within a congestion charge or toll zone in the city centre, the client is required to reimburse the driver for these costs.

✅ FERRY – If the journey requires the use of a ferry, the client must cover the cost of the ferry crossing, including the return journey.

✅ FREE VEHICLE ARRIVAL — To your pickup location in most areas. If you are located in a small town or village where we do not have a local driver, we will send a vehicle from the nearest city. In this case, a small additional fee may apply. We will always confirm the total price with you BEFORE YOU BOOK.

✅ MINIMUM BOOKING & OVERTIME – A minimum booking of 2 hours applies to all jobs. If the move exceeds this time, additional charges will apply in 30-minute increments (starting from £20 per 30 min, depending on the van size and number of movers).
