Communication was excellent from the very start - Janis was extremely responsive to all of my questions, took the time to carry out a property survey to provide an accurate quote, and also spoke with me over the phone to ensure everything was fully explained and understood. On the day of the move, Janis, Paul and Billy arrived at around 8am and got straight to work dismantling furniture and loading the van. All furniture and fragile items were carefully wrapped and packed, and everything was loaded with great care to ensure nothing was damaged in transit. At the new property, they were just as efficient, quickly unloading and reassembling furniture, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Their friendly, professional and efficient approach made what could have been a stressful day completely stress-free. Thank you!
