Agreed a 9:00am arrival for a fixed-price home removal. They did not turn up until around 10:30am, already putting the day under pressure. Jayant Kakria arrived with an elderly helper (around 70 years old). This was suppose to be 2 men removel not 70 years old grandpa carer removal . Throughout the job Jayant was repeatedly on his phone dealing with personal calls, while the work dragged on all day. he wants money but on his phone all day Despite agreeing a fixed price in advance, Jayant Kakria later demanded a much higher amount at the end of the day. He then asked me to make payment into his partner’s bank account, to avoid paying tax, he has his partner's mobile banking on his mobile he accessed himself on his phone,, I was extremely uncomfortable with this and refused to pay any extra. After I refused, he became very aggressive , constantly knocked on my buzzer, created extreme alarm on me, I called pol, 2 pol came and told him to get lost, but he sent me a text message, saying he would come back and speak to my neighbours to damage my reputation. he owns a house with his partner, they have joint mortgage, so I just refer him to County Court, issue a claim against him, get a county court judgement, simply finish off his credit file, finish off his mortgage rate, and enforce the CCJ against his house by charging order, get order for sale, sell his home, Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Late arrival, broken price agreements, inappropriate payment requests, and threatening behaviour are not acceptable.

Both did the actual move, but the whole team were so kind, organised, and helpful from start to finish. Everything ran seamlessly from the first message to the final box being placed exactly where it needed to go.
