Description
I’ve been a Reiki practitioner for over 20 years. I absolutely love how Reiki energy works to help people at so many different levels. The energy can help heal physical ailments as well as emotional issues, anxiety, stress and much more. Your body absorbs the energy and directs it to where you need it most. The ultimate aim is for the energy to flow more freely around your body to bring more balance into your life.
I find the energy flows best if I place my hands on the chakras or energy centres on your body. I can work hands off if that is more comfortable for you.
A typical treatment lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. You don’t have to do anything except simply lie down and relax. You may feel some heat, sense the energy or see colours – each person has their own individual experience and it’s different every time. You don’t even need to be awake – most people find they drift off into a relaxing sleep.
