Description
Purple Lotus Counselling offers services to individuals in Sheffield.
Counselling is a type of talking therapy that allows you to discuss your problems, feelings and thoughts in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment. My aim is to offer you a space where you can express yourself without worrying about being judged or criticised. In my work, I offer those conditions that allow a trusting relationship to unfold, creating a safe space where you can explore the hardest of issues.
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and an MA in Philosophy, I am a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Physiotherapy) and I work within their ethical framework for good practice.
My counselling experience alongside with my work in Mental Health spans 15 years and covers a wide range of issues such as anxiety and depression, anger management, relationship and work related problems, low self-esteem and assertiveness, loss and bereavement.
