Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:30pm

We're currently searching for an experienced Training Manager to lead training and capability development across a busy manufacturing site based in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading training activities within regulated manufacturing sectors.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and deliver the site training strategyLead and develop trainers and training coordinatorsManage competency frameworks, training matrices and the LMSEnsure training compliance across GMP, Quality and Health & SafetyIdentify skills gaps and deliver effective learning programmesDrive continuous improvement across training and capabilityGuidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Vertage Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
