Responsibilities

Early months:

Generate and interview candidates

Create CV marketing content

Hit weekly activity targets

Support placements

Progression phase:

Secure new school partnerships

Manage client relationships

Negotiate commercial agreements

Provide exceptional service

Earn commission every step of the way.
