Key Responsibilities

First 6-9 months:

Source and interview candidates

Prepare CVs for client presentation

Achieve KPIs

Support senior consultants

After progression:

Develop new business

Manage client accounts

Negotiate margins

Maintain safeguarding excellence

Run your own desk

Uncapped commission throughout.
