Location: St Albans

Salary: 28,000- 30,000 + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE 35,000- 42,000)

We're looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our St Albans team. In this role, you'll support local schools by sourcing exceptional teachers and support staff, ensuring they have the talent they need to thrive. You'll learn from experienced consultants and gain the skills to build a successful long-term career.

No prior recruitment experience is required - just motivation, resilience, and a genuine interest in working with people.

What You'll Receive

Competitive salary: 28,000- 30,000

Uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE 35,000- 42,000)

Commission from your first day
