Hyperion Partners are proud to be partnering with a highly regarded luxury residential operator to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for their London portfolio.

The Role

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across corporate and on-site roles, ensuring the business continues to attract exceptional people who align with its high standards and customer-first ethos.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping recruitment strategy while remaining hands-on in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring plans

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience reflective of a luxury brand

Proactively source talent through direct search, networking and market mapping

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles

Manage relationships with external agencies where required

Use data and insights to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes

Champion diversity, inclusion and best practice recruitment standards

About You

Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role

Background within luxury residential, hospitality, property, Build to Rent or a service-led environment is highly desirable

Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence

Commercially minded, organised and comfortable working at pace

Passionate about people, culture and delivering a best-in-class hiring experience
