Our construction team is recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for their Reading based business. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will inherit a warm White Collar Freelance Desk, working with some of the biggest names in the sector!

On the client side you can expect to:

Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales callsManage current relationships within the businessGrow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunitiesInteract with clients to assist them with their recruitment needsMeet with client face 2 face on a weekly basisOn the candidate side you can expect to:
