What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and develop your own recruitment desk, taking ownership of both candidate and client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing new business and building long-term client partnershipsManaging the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placementSourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidatesDelivering temporary and permanent recruitment solutionsGrowing existing accounts and identifying new opportunitiesAttending client meetings and business development appointmentsNegotiating fees and securing new vacanciesWorking towards revenue targets, KPIs and personal career goals
