Experienced Recruitment Consultant - High Earnings Potential
30,000- 40,000 basic + exceptional commission
A technical recruitment business is looking for a commercially sharp recruiter who enjoys driving revenue, winning clients and owning a market.
You will:
Build and scale your own desk.
Identify opportunities and capitalise.
Conduct commercial negotiations with hiring managers.
Deliver strong monthly billings.
You have:
Experience in recruitment or B2B sales.
Performance-driven mindset.
Ability to influence and close.
