ProTalent is a boutique recruitment consultancy, specialising exclusively in accountancy practice recruitment. As a market leader in this niche, we're in an exciting phase of growth and expansion - and we're now looking for a Client Partner to join our Cornwall office.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a supportive, ambitious team in a beautiful coastal location - with uncapped earning potential, a clear route to Director, and cutting-edge tools to help you succeed.

The Role:

As a Client Partner, you'll be responsible for building and developing long-term client relationships, delivering top-level service, and driving revenue by placing high-calibre candidates into leading accountancy firms.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and growth plans.

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, direct applications, and networking.

Recruitment Process Management: Own the full 360 recruitment cycle from client brief to placement - ensuring a seamless, professional experience.

Consultative Sales Approach: Advise clients and candidates with a strategic, value-led approach - not just "filling jobs".

Business Development: Expand your own client base and contribute to ProTalent's continued market growth.

Realistic OTE: Year 1 GBP45K-GBP60K Year 2 GBP70K+

Working Hours:
